Our Lady of Leadership

We pray to God
that we may be inspired with a vision
to be an inspiration,
Our Lady of Leadership, Pray for Us. 

We pray that we keep the vision clear 
and speak it clearly and often.
Our Lady of Leadership, Pray for Us.

We pray for understanding
that we will listen and 
others will hear our good intentions.  
Our Lady of Leadership, Pray for Us.

We pray for patience
to find the mid-point 
between kind and honest.
Our Lady of Leadership, Pray for Us.

We pray for hope
to hold on undaunted 
despite spiteful ignorance around us. 
Our Lady of Leadership, Pray for Us.

We pray for strength 
to not back down from the bully. 
Our Lady of Leadership, Pray for Us.

We pray for courage 
to tell our truth, 
straightforward, unafraid. 
Our Lady of Leadership, Pray for Us.

We pray for love
that each person 
sees in us your kindness.
Our Lady of Leadership, Pray for Us.
