Dreaming in a spiral a slow swirl down round and round like a nautilus or a nebula. Each circle widening out from the intensely wound center to the outer rim that expands ‘til expended. We deposit our being most often in the superficial outward circles and rarely speak from our center. We are exhausted because we must reach so far for a thought each time we speak. If we were to spontaneously say what is at the heart of our matter we would never shut up the Spirit.
